These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of algovogue.com (the “Website”) and the purchase and use of our products and services, including Expert Advisors (“EAs”), presets, indicators, files, documentation, and related digital content (collectively, “Products”).
By using the Website or purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms.

2) Important risk warning (read carefully)
Trading leveraged products (including forex and crypto CFDs) involves significant risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Our Products are provided for software/automation purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, risk management, and compliance with local laws and broker rules.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Products. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4) What you are buying
When you purchase from us, you may receive one or more of the following:
EA files and/or presets
Setup guides and documentation
Updates during an active subscription (if applicable)
License access and verification services (if applicable)
Delivery is typically provided via download link, email, or account access as described at checkout or on the Product page.
5) License, access & verification
Some Products require license verification to run. Licensing may be linked to your trading account number or other identifier and may require an active internet connection to validate.
We may suspend or revoke a license if:
Your subscription expires or payment fails
We detect abuse, tampering, sharing, or unauthorized redistribution
The license is used beyond the permitted number of accounts/devices (as stated on the Product page)
Use violates these Terms
You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or interfere with any licensing mechanism.
6) No guarantee of uptime
We aim to keep licensing and related services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or third-party outages.
7) Setup responsibility
You are responsible for:
Installing the Product correctly (MT4/MT5 settings, permissions, DLL/web requests if required)
Ensuring your broker/instrument supports your intended use
Running the Product on suitable devices/VPS
Monitoring trades and risk
If we provide setup guidance, it is general and may not cover every broker or configuration.
8) Pricing, taxes & payments
Prices are shown on the Website and may change at any time.
If VAT or other taxes are applicable, they may be added at checkout where required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
9) Subscriptions, renewals & cancellation
If a Product is sold as a subscription:
Your subscription may renew automatically unless canceled (depending on the plan/checkout settings)
You can request cancellation by following instructions provided at checkout or by contacting support@algovogue.com
If your subscription ends, access to updates/support/license validation for subscription -only Products may end
If you cancel, you will typically retain access until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
10) Refunds & digital content policy
Because our Products are digital content/software, refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked on the Website).
By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital content may be delivered immediately and you may lose certain cancellation rights once delivery/access begins, to the extent permitted by law.
11) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Share, resell, distribute, publish, or transfer our Products unless explicitly permitted
Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Products
Use our Products for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent results, performance, or affiliation with AlgoVogue.
12) Intellectual property
All Products, code, branding, logos, content, and documentation are owned by AlgoVogue or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal/business trading as specified on the Product page.
13) Disclaimers
The Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties that:
The Product will be profitable
The Product will operate without errors on every broker/symbol/VPS setup
Any particular results will be achieved.
14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or damages arising from use of the Products
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product in the previous 3 months (or, if a one-time purchase, the purchase price)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under law (e.g., fraud).
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Products/services if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the Products at any time. Sections relating to IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive termination.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Website or Products after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

1) Digital Product & Licensing
AlgoVogue Limited provides digital products (Expert Advisors / “EAs”) delivered electronically. Access is controlled through a license linked to the customer’s MT4/MT5 account number. Because the product is digital and can be used immediately, refunds are limited as set out in this policy.
2) Definitions
Activation
A product is considered Activated when our licensing system records the first successful “VALID” verification for your MT4/MT5 account number (i.e., the EA has connected and been accepted by our license server).
Purchase Time
The moment your payment is successfully completed.
Expiry
The end date/time shown on your license (end of Trial or end of your current paid monthly period).
3) Trial Plan (£15 / 7 days)
Trial refund eligibility
A Trial refund may be approved only if both conditions are met:
You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, and
Your license has not been activated (no first VALID activation recorded).
Trial non-refundable situations
Trial refunds will not be issued if:
The Trial has been activated (even once), or
The request is made after 24 hours, or
The reason is trading performance (profit/loss expectations).
4) Monthly Subscription Plans (Basic / Intermediate / Advanced)
These plans are monthly subscriptions.
First-month refund eligibility (monthly plans)
A refund for the first month only may be approved only if both conditions are met:
You request a refund within 48 hours of the first purchase, and
Your license has not been activated (no first VALID activation recorded).
Important: Refunds are only considered for the first month of a new subscription. From the second month onwards, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation (monthly plans)
If you cancel your subscription at any time:
Your EA access continues until your current license expiry (end of the paid month).
You will not be billed again for the next month once cancellation is confirmed.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days.
5) Special cases where a refund may be approved
We may approve a refund (at our discretion) if:
You were charged twice for the same plan/period (duplicate payment), or
A billing/checkout error caused an incorrect charge, or
You paid but did not receive access and we are unable to resolve it, or
The product is materially faulty or not as described, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after troubleshooting.
6) No refunds for trading performance
Refunds are not issued for:
Trading losses, drawdowns, or results not meeting expectations
Market conditions, volatility, slippage, spread changes, broker differences
Incorrect setup, symbol mismatch, leverage differences, VPS/internet issues, or modified settings.
7) Chargebacks & disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend or revoke EA access while the dispute is investigated.
8) How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@algovogue.com with:
Order email and payment reference
MT4/MT5 account number used for the license
Plan purchased (Trial/Basic/Intermediate/Advanced)
Reason for request (and screenshots/logs if technical)
9) Refund processing timeframe
If your refund is approved:
We aim to review refund requests within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 14–21 days, depending on your bank/card provider.
10) Digital Content Consent (Required at Checkout)
Because our products are supplied digitally and can be accessed immediately, at checkout you will be asked to confirm (by checkbox) that you:
consent to immediate delivery/activation of the digital product, and
acknowledge that once activation/access begins, your right to cancel and receive a refund may be lost (except where the product is faulty or not as described).
